Do I need to know exactly what to automate?
No. It's enough to know what eats your time. From your description I'll tell you what can be automated, what can't, and why.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what we build. There are no fixed packages: after the first conversation you get a written proposal with scope and cost, before any work starts.
Who pays for AI tools or other app subscriptions?
The business, directly, in its own accounts. That way you own the tools and don't depend on me to use them.
Who owns what you build?
The business. Workflows, agents and code stay in your accounts, with documentation, so you can change them or hand them to someone else.
What happens to company data?
I only ask for the access needed, ideally through separate accounts. At handover my access is closed, and the data isn't used in other projects.
Which AI tools do you use?
I pick the tool for the task, not the other way round. I've worked with AI since December 2024 and keep testing new models and tools; the proposal says what we'll use and why. If the business already pays for some, we start from those.
What if my process isn't worth automating?
I'll tell you in the first conversation. Sometimes a simple process change or a template does more than automation.
Can I learn to do this myself?

What if something stops working after handover?
The handover documentation explains where the workflow stops and how to fix it. If you like, we agree a form of support separately.
Do you work with businesses outside Romania?
Yes, in English, remotely. Communication is written, on WhatsApp or email, so time zones matter little.
