The contact brief: what you fill in stays in your browser and is not sent to the website. The text only leaves if you press “Send on WhatsApp” or “Send by email”, through your own app.

Conversations on WhatsApp or email: your name, phone number or email address and what you write. We use them to reply and, if we work together, for pre-contract steps. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering messages).

Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Language choice: on your first visit to the main address we read your browser's preferred language (Accept-Language header). We don't store this and never redirect you based on location.

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens on their platform and WhatsApp's policy also applies.

Google (Gmail): if you email us, the message arrives in our Gmail inbox.

Vercel Inc. (USA): hosts the site and generates server logs. The transfer to the US relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses in Vercel's data processing agreement.

We don't sell data or use it for advertising or profiling. We make no automated decisions about you.

Conversations: up to 12 months after the last message if no collaboration starts. If it does, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Server logs: per the hosting provider's policy, typically a few days.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to romanai0409@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month.
